World Leader in Catholic Faith Formation Continues to Impress with Prestigious Awards
Catholic multimedia network, Ascension, was presented with nine awards by the 2020 Telly Awards for their work over the last year. Ascension won two silver (in the Online Series-Webseries Documentary category for The Lenten Companion and in the Non-Broadcast General-Religion/Spirituality category for Hiding) and seven bronze (six in the Non-Broadcast General-Religion/Spirituality category for Return, Jesus: The Way, The Truth and The Life, How To Pray Like Mary, No Greater Love: A Biblical Walk Through Christ’s Passion Study Program, Connected, and Mercy; as well as one in the Online Series-Webseries Documentary category for The 99). This more than doubled the four awards they took home in 2019.
After expanding from a standard publishing house to a full-fledged, multimedia, Catholic faith formation network (and after changing from Ascension Press to Ascension in 2018), the company has worked tirelessly to create multiple formats of Catholic-related content. With books (including audio), study programs, videos, podcasts, and articles, there’s something for everyone – and every age – looking to learn more about the Catholic faith.
Ascension is a multimedia network and the world leader in the creation and distribution of Catholic faith formation programs and digital content. Over the past 20 years, Ascension has helped nurture the faith of over 10 million people in over 8,000 parishes through more than 50 unique faith formation programs and the Ascension Presents media and YouTube platforms.
